Refund policy

We understand that shopping online for underwear is a little tricky. 

If you experience any issues with the fit of your bra, we will gladly return, exchange or provide alterations to improve the fit. If it's your first order, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges on your unworn knickers so we can find your best fit (please try them on over another pair).

Select the Try Before You Buy button on the product page if you would like to try on your pieces at home first and only pay for the ones you decide to keep. You can read more about it here.

For the best fit, first time around please use our comprehensive fitting guide with measurement calculator and downloadable measuring tape. If you'd like some help, we're always happy to help, contact us here.

The specifics

Any pieces returned must be unused, unaltered and unwashed in their original condition. To request a return or exchange, please contact us here. Items sent back to us without first making a request will not be accepted. Any request must be made within 3 days of receiving your order via email or at https://accounts.swoon.studio

If you have any trouble with a purchase, or believe there to be a fault with your garments, you can contact us here and we'll gladly help. We do not offer returns or exchanges on gift cards, sale items or samples.
