We'll reserve the order total on your card, creating a pending transaction, however you won't be charged on ordering.
Try on your pieces in the comfort of your home within three days of their arrival.
Pay for what you keep and return the rest. We'll send you a return label if anything doesn't fit quite right.
Yes, you can use a discount code, but it must be applied at the time of the initial order. Enter your discount code at checkout before completing your order details. The discount will be reflected in the final amount you pay for any items you decide to keep.
When you use the TBYB service, you will be asked to provide payment details at checkout. We will then authorize your credit card for the order amount to ensure the payment method is valid. This is not a charge, and no funds will be taken from your account at this stage. The authorization simply holds the potential total cost of the order until you decide which items you want to keep. The charge will appear as pending in your account, but not paid.
You will only be charged for the items you choose to keep after finalising your order through the Customer Portal.
Please note this service is currently only available in Australia and for our full priced items (no sale).
Try Before You Buy orders must be completed in the Mirra Customer Portal. You will be able to confirm which items you wish to purchase, and request a return if needed.
Please note returns must be posted within 3 days of completing your order.
If you return your entire order, a $15 restocking fee applies to cover the cost of your TBYB service.
