If you experience any issues with the fit of your bra, we will gladly exchange or provide alterations to improve the fit. The bra must be unused, unaltered and unwashed in it's original condition, purchased online and an exchange request made within 10 days of receipt of goods.

To request an exchange, please contact us here. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Any exchange request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order. For all returns and exchanges, shipping is at the expense of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Due to the nature of underwear being worn so close to the body, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on bottoms. Any request for exchanges or returns on bottoms will be refused. We do not offer refunds on gift cards or refunds or exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts, and gift cards. Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded or exchanged.

As our pieces are hand made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. If you have any trouble with an order or believe there to be a fault with your garments, you can contact us here and we'll gladly help.
