Returns

As our pieces are hand made to order, we do not offer refunds or cancel orders for change of mind. If you have any trouble with a purchase, or believe there to be a fault with your garments, you can contact us here and we'll gladly help. 

If you experience any issues with the fit of your bra, we will gladly exchange or provide alterations to improve the fit. The bra must be unused, unaltered and unwashed in it's original condition. To request an exchange, please contact us here. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. Any exchange request must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

Due to the nature of underwear being worn so close to the body, we are unable to accept exchanges or returns on bottoms for sanitary reasons. Any request for exchanges or returns on bottoms will be refused unless faulty.

For all returns and exchanges, shipping is at the expense of the customer and original shipping costs will not be refunded.
